 ke program. The hearing will also cover a grant from the Commonwealthâ
 €™s Executive Office of Transportation and Public Works for the purpos
 e of creating a bike-pool program for City employees and special event
 s participants at City Hall, as well as the creation of a regional bik
 e map. Nicole Freedman, Director of Boston’s Bicycle Programs and Ji
 m Hunt, Chief of Environment and Energy for the City will testify. The
