  YWCA Community Dialogues\n\nYWCA Boston’s Community Dialogues on Bo
 ston’s ethnic and racial diversity is an ongoing project to bring pe
 ople from all walks of life together to create stronger, safer and mor
 e unified neighborhoods.\nHow does it work?\n\nCommunity dialogues par
 ticipants complete a 5 week series of discussions about race and ethni
 city. Dialogues are led by trained, skilled moderators. Each dialogue 
 is comprised of a diverse group of Boston residents. Dialogues are sch
 eduled in different neighborhoods to allow broad participation and enc
 ourage community building.\n\nWhy should I participate?\n\n* Transform
