 is Economos from the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts will modera
 te this conversation on which policies on childhood obesity are effect
 ive, from calorie counting to food labeling to junk food taxes. We’l
 l be determining what causes obesity, who should police it, and what t
 he unintended consequences are of the methods we’ve tried thus far.\
