 goods bank, helping the needy gain independence and thrive, by procuri
 ng donations and partnering with other area agencies, announces the 20
 13 annual Golf Tournament benefit will be held on Monday, June 24 at t
 he Butter Brook Golf Club, 157 Carlisle Road, in Westford. Registratio
 n begins at 8 a.m.\nParticipation includes light breakfast and coffee,
  lunch, raffles, prizes for best score, closest to pin and more. Spons
 ors are needed and encouraged to supply 140 give-away items for the gi
 ft bag.  Sponsorships available include:\n\n$2,000 Gold (for lunch)\n
 $1,000 Silver (for Hole-in-one)\nBronze Golf Ball Sponsor (supplies 36
  dozen balls)\n$750 Sponsor a hole + 4 golfers\n$250 Sponsor a hole on
 ly\n\n\nAll proceeds benefit The Wish Project of Lowell, which coordin
 ates monthly service projects and encourages community fundraisers. In
  addition to basic items, the Wish Project also procures furniture and
  large/bulk donations from the northeast, such as mattresses, clothing
  etc. using tractor trailers. One-time or recurring monetary contribut
 ions and corporate sponsorships are also accepted. \nAbout The Wish P
 roject\nThe Wish Project, located in Lowell, MA, is privately-funded o
 rganization that partners with social services agencies and shelters a
 ll over the Merrimack Valley to help the area’s needy gain independe
 nce and escape homelessness. Each year, The Wish Project provides more
  than $1 million in free goods to more than 36,000 needy people - most
  of whom are children. The Wish Project is located in a 13,000 sq ft
