DESCRIPTION:Nia is a meditative dance that is practiced in bare feet. 
 It fuses elements of modern dance, jazz, and Duncan with the martial a
 rts, yoga and the healing arts. There are no technical skills or dance
  background required.Nia classes are a celebration of the joy of movem
 ent and they are _so_ much fun! We will be dancing to an eclectic mix 
 of world music, new age, fun indie-rock and dance music. $13 per class
