DESCRIPTION:Nivasa Foundation is a 501c3 non profit organization, seek
 ing to break the cycle of modern day slavery for women and their child
 ren in Sri Lanka. The Sponsor a Child program provides financial suppo
 rt for victims of human trafficking to help them raise and educate the
 ir children in Sri Lanka and produces educational resources and grassr
 oots advocacy campaigns regarding human trafficking around the world.\
 n\nThe goals of the event are to: i) raise $62,100 before the year 201
 1 to send three officers to Sri Lanka in the year 2011 and ii) raise $
 9,000 in funds to support the education and welfare of ten (10) new ch
 ildren for two years in Sri Lanka: support of one child is $37.50 a mo
