Hi all,

I live on Hyde Park Ave. and have recently begun working out of my home as an Aflac agent.  It wasn't until last week that I decided to take a walk around Hyde Park Ave. and introduce myself to other Business owners that I realized that there are 1. alot of independent owners that work out of their homes like I do, 2.  some great, established Businesses in our area that could be instrumental in helping to futher clean up Hyde Park Ave. 3.  the real possibility that there is going to be development on the opposite side of Hyde Park ave across from Ukraine way, and 4.  Nothing that brings us together as Business Owners to get to know each other and to have a say as to who can come into our community and open a business and  how it impacts our neighborhood.

I'd like to throw the idea out there and see if anyone else would be interested in creating an Association and bring a voice the Business Community on the side of Jamaica Plain.  Who's in? :)
