My name is Sara and I teach classes, at the Boylston church next to Stoney Brook station. For more information, visit http://www.soulfulbodyfitness.com/index.php/vinaysa-yoga.
I'm also looking into other spaces and with the weather changing, I would love to hold outdoor classes. I teach a hybrid of vinyasa, Forrest, and yin yoga. I am also an Ayurvedic practitioner and incorporate Ayurveda in my classes.
Hope to meet you...
Aum

I co-teach a class in First Church UU's beautiful back hall on Monday nights, 6:45-8:15pm. I am a 200-hr Kripalu trained teacher and I co-teach with a 500-hr hatha yoga teacher. Classes are gentle to moderate level and have a real community feel to them. $15 suggested donation, some mats and props are provided. Let me know if you have any questions!

Permalink Reply by Amy C on January 20, 2012 at 11:07am Update: For a few months, Curtis Hall is offering free introductory classes to promote their new programming. So you can try your first yoga class for free! After that, it's $10/class, or you can buy a 6-class card for $50 ($35 for seniors over 60).
