    I made iced coffee last night from your espresso roast. Coffee pot is 56 ounces, I ground 70 grams of coffee. The brewed pot went into a half-gallon bar pourer, which was topped with ice.

    This morning, it was perfect.

    It's not local, but I think the compostable wrappers might make this worthy of joining the City feed energy bar shelf. These people are hard core.
