How to create Close a Neighbor Request or Issue

1. Find the issue on the Snow Crew Map. Select your issue and click “Comment/Change Status”.

2. Select “Closed” from the “Change Status” menu in the top left corner of the issue window. You’ll then be prompted to provide a display name and valid email address. You can use your real name, or a nickname such as “Neighbor” or “Guest”. Click “Next”.

3. Type a comment to let your neighbors know how and when the issue was resolved and click submit to close the issue. The person who reported the issue, neighbors with watch areas nearby, and anyone who commented or voted for the issue to be fixed will now be notified via email that the issue has been resolved!
