South Street Mall and Courts, when will it open?

I have been watching the (non)development of the South Street Mall and Courts during this summer (located at south street and Carolina Street). The courts are done, what seems to be the benches are done, the trees are planted, the only thing missing it seems is the decorative fence by a local artist. Nonetheless the park needs to open soon since it has not been in use all summer when it's most needed…

How Sorry Are You?

When you do something wrong, are you willing to admit it? Some people seem to live as if they never do anything wrong - or should I say they don't ever say they are sorry.
