The Boston Transportation Department would like to advise commuters to use caution this evening during the PM commute due to the forecasted heavy rain and wind expected this afternoon.

The National Weather Service has issued a hurricane watch for coastal Massachusetts, including the City of Boston. A hurricane watch means that hurricane conditions are possible within the next 48 hours.
