Thanks for your comment, Judy. I would never encourage anyone to intervene with someone stealing or otherwise doing something illegal. What I'm hoping is that if any of us see anyone doing something fishy -- like dumping out the dirt from a planter in the middle of the night in front of a clearly closed business -- that we would take the time to call the police.
