I think early last week I came in to do that very thing with the new welcome for the month, but could not find out how to do it, or else I would have totally on top of those welcomes!
Merry Christmas and Seasons Greetings from Montgomery Alabama. I sure do miss JP, however I have somehow ended up as the president for our neighborhood association. Our number 1 issue is getting a handle on all the crime that seems to just pervade our streets. I saw you had an application on this site that used to display crime events against a google maps background. Is that application still working? Could you give me a the details on how it works? Our neighborhood Ning Site is still developing and is at http://montgomerygardendistrict,ning.com. Please drop in and say hello.
Good. Just visiting Boston once in a while. Got on here to check out what you got going on and learn more about JP. how are you doing?

Hi Joseph,
Thanks for the welcome.
Odd that I lived in JP for 30 years without joining anything & now am interested though I'm in Hyde Park. Go figure.
I guess you can take the girl out of Jamaica Plain but not the Jamaica Plain out of the girl.
I just took the plunge and joined! I'm so glad you started this. It's something that's so needed to help people connect in this sometimes isolated culture.
Hi Joseph!,
I moved into the neighborhood last month and really dig it! Would love to help out if I can. JP is definitely a great place to live for 20 and 30-somethings like myself, but there are definitely some street crime issues in and around my block I would like to take a more proactive approach in preventing.
BTW it is great to live in a neighborhood where people want to get to know each other and come together to keep it safe. Great job on putting this up.

Your video was GREAT!
I met you briefly once at a Block party.
Warmly,
