 eston Farmers Market on Saturday, August 17 from 11am – 1pm.  Kids 
 can learn how to prepare fresh food from the marketing at a cooking de
 monstration, boost their sporting skills at a tennis clinic, get their
  face painted, dance to live music, get a free health screening and nu
 tritional assessment, and meet the farmers, food marketers and fisherm
 en.\nKid’s Day activities will take place during the regularly sched
 uled farmers market, which runs from 10am-2pm on Saturdays through Oct
 ober 12, rain or shine. Egleston Farmers Market makes local, healthy f
 ood available to everyone in Jamaica Plain and Roxbury.  In addition 
 to produce from local farmers, the market features local meat, fish, e
 ggs, cheese, bread, hummus, salsa, and baked goods, as well as music, 
 art, and food trucks.  WIC, SNAP/EBT and credit cards welcome.  At O
