looking to fill 2 bedrooms, for July 1st ,(with a one-yr lease) in a 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a two-family house in Jamaica Plain. If you and a friend are looking for a place that would be great but I am also fine with finding two separate people to fill the two rooms. Each bedroom is relatively equal in size with large closets and can definitely accommodate a queen size bed. The apartment features: a HUGE, sunny living room with a working fireplace, dining room, eat in kitchen, a porch overlooking the backyard, a garage used for storage as well as a very clean basement with storage space, FREE washer and dryer, Utilities (electric, gas, cable/internet) are not included, you can expect to pay about $100-$150 a month, there is a driveway and plenty of non-resident on street parking. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the Stony Brook T stop on the Orange line and just a short walk (about 2 mins.) to the end of the street is a #39 bus stop. The Alchemist, 7-11, CVS, Behan, JP Licks, City Feed, JP Pond, etc. are all a short walk away.
