Need help for a senior citizen 93 yr old cutie pie and her caregiver at 208 Everett Pl in Englewood NJ. Landlord has not cleaned the snow in days and in case of an emergency they can not get the wheel chair out. I would help but had recent shoulder surgery. Help is greatly appreciated♥♥

Thanks, Joseph. You are fantastic! Let me know if you need any help. I probably can't provide technical expertise but I'm pretty good at breaking, uh, I mean testing systems. ;-)

Laura,

We are working on this - I hope to have a solution is place in the next week or so. Over the holiday break we built a configured a new digital communication management system. I will be announcing that shortly.

Does anyone know how to narrow the area you get alerts/lists of issues for? While I love all of Boston, I'm not going to go to, say, Allston to shovel someone out. I created a watch area for my neighborhood, and it shows up on the SeeClickFix website, but it doesn't filter out irrelevant hits; I get the same list that shows up for Boston as a whole. It would be amazing to have the ability to create an automatic filter for my neighborhood and snow crew-only requests, so that when I log in, those are the default issues shown.

I want to help, but it's often too much work for me to figure out who in my area needs help. Any ideas?

I submitted a request last night (Sunday).  Wondering if anyone is out there and available today and/or for the next anticipated snow fall this week?  So grateful and happy to see the snow crew up and running.  I don't know what I would have done without you last year!!  Many thanks.

Thanks to my shoveler who did such a nice job with my car!

Weird. When I open my request fully, It says "neighborhood: Mission Hill". But I never typed that. Further up under address it says my street and JP, which I did type.Might be an issue for this or requests other people have. If someone sees "Mission Hill" (which is highlighted more) they might not go.

Video was great idea. Not sure best way to reach you Joseph, here or FB? I messaged you there. I want to be sure my request is posted because it said "0" are open after. And I wanted to know how to amend my request if there is a way. Thanks for doing this. Heard you got more snow than we are getting

Heya Carol! I am actually now seeing your request on the map, like like it might not have going through. If it did and you got a confirmation  would you mind emailing me. Thanks!

Thanks for doing this for people, Joseph. I'd hoped we'd get less too...seeing (not seeing) my car this am was a surprise.

I wanted to tell you obligate pedestrians that he roads are pretty slippery and poorly plowed more than usual so if you are walking in the road you can be careful to be alert. I saw a car skid and nearly mow down a couple on Spring Park (JP) an hour ago-they fell to the ground/snowbank but weren't hurt. Yelling ensued, however.

When everyone is done (now?) you should do a victory dance (shout out?), Joseph. Is everyone out? (my snowbank is now gone also :)
