My wife and I are interested in moving into JP later this summer and we're looking for suggestions on building we might be able to buy into. We can go to about $250K and would like a two bedroom place in relative vicinity of Centre/South and within walking distance of either the Orange or E lines. Because of our loan, we can only buy a place in a building with 4+ units with more than 50% owner-occupancy. If you have any suggestions, please let us know. We'd be happy to check them out.
