Couple Looking to Share Room in New Apartment with Another Couple/Roommate or Move into Vacant Room

Couple looking to share an apartment, ideally a 2 bedroom, starting November with either another couple or roommate. We are open to finding a new place on the first or moving into an available room, if offered. We currently live in the Jamaica Plain area and would prefer to stay here, but are open to the Cambridge/Brookline area as well. Our price maximum, as a collective contribution of the two of us, would be $800, so if doubled, this would broaden our apartment search to those priced up to $1600. From what I've seen in that range, the apartments are beautiful. Also, we would be open to contributing 2 shares of the 2 bedroom apartment if split between us and another roommate (IE, we pay $800, you pay $400, a total of $1200.)

Now, with finances aside, a little about us.

♀ Mid-twenties native of Connecticut, graduate of UMASS Amherst holding a Complementary and Alternative Medicine Degree, now returning student on the path to attaining degree in Midwifery. Enjoys reading, yoga, cooking, biking, walking, celebrating Jewish holidays, playing guitar, singing, and hiking.

♂ Pre-transition transguy, former Marine, in early-twenties, native of Cape Cod, undergraduate on the track to achieving degree in Wildlife Biology. Enjoys reading, biking, anything athletic/competitive, PC Gaming, watching independent films and nature programs, swimming, and hiking.

We are not cat friendly (allergen), and are extremely dog friendly. We are also queer and 420 friendly.

All that we ask of potential roommates is that they are responsible with due dates of joint financial costs, are fairly cleanly, and respectful. People who are knowledgeable of our relationship dynamic and community are preferred.

If we fit what you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you. We'll respond promptly by e-mail.
