Creating informal community garden

Hi neighbors,

I just bought a house in Rosi with an incredible yard for gardening. I'd like to invite experienced gardeners looking for some growing space to share with me. It would be great to barter either for some of whatever you grow or some teaching in the basics of happy urban gardening.

Subject: Join us for a free hands-on workshop to learn how easy it is to start your own seeds at home. We will supply potting soil, tools and some commonly used vegetable seeds. Feel free to bring your own herb, vegetable or flower seeds to share with the group, and small recycled containers to use as seed trays.

When : Saturday, March 24, 1:30 - 3:30 pm

Where: Roslindale Community Center, 6 Cummins Highway, Roslindale Square

(Intersection of Washington and Cummins - the big cement building)
