My girlfriend and I have been bringing her dog to Peter's Hill for some time now because it is such a nice place to let her romp with other dogs. We see many dogs off-leash (having a great time) and I have never seen a problem.

Lately, horse patrols are showing up and issuing tickets. Many of us are pretty upset since this seems like a real waste of city dollars to 'fix" a problem that doesn't exist! Please join me in e-mailing the Mayor and asking for a change.
