Apartment is primarily furnished but could absorb some new additions.  (Bedroom will need to be completely furnished.)

Two MBTA Orange line train stations are under a 10 min. walk.  Huntington Rd. bus to Longwood Medical Area/Back Bay just down the hill from front door.  Street parking available.  Tons of green space including Jamaica Pond and Arnold Arboretum as well as restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

I’m a 41 year-old female professional with a recently adopted sweet 2 year-old black lab named Rosie.  My work schedule is shared between home and office.  Seeking non-smoking, quiet, courteous and clean professional or older student with a healthy lifestyle and easy temperament to share the apartment.
