if you don't find anyone they do it at the cleaners at the monument (American? cleaners)
the woman who owns and works long hours there is super sweet. (she actually sewed a very small item for free
for me when I asked her how much it was). Love to send paying people her way...I get my clothes done there when I have things to dry clean.

You might also consider joing the Time Trade Circle if not already a member. I've seen a similar request on there before.
