Hello future neighbors!

My fiance and I are looking to move to JP and have been struggling to find an apartment. It'll be just the two of us--no pets--and our only hope is that the place has a dishwasher. Other than that, we're very simple in our needs, and don't need a ton of space (although outdoor space would be a bonus!). Our budget is ~$1400, hopefully including utilities. Move-in would ideally be 8/1, but 9/1 works, too.
