Landlord for Bella Luna/Zon's building?

Does anyone have a name or any contact information for the landlord of the building where Bella Luna/Milky Way and Zon's used to live? I haven't been able to dig it up. It looks like there are some renovations happening inside the Bella space, and I'm wondering if the landlord might be willing to share some info about whether it's been leased (probly not, but I figure it's worth a shot). I hate to see the empty store fronts in Hyde Square, or anywhere for that matter. Anyone heard if there's anything going on?

The city assessor office, at City Hall has these records, probably online.

If you have a Title Insurance company, they have it, too, and if you type the address into a Google search, you find leads there, as well.

I am in SF, Ca....and lurk along this list, as I am using it to duplicate its style (great) for my neighborhood in SF...

(I own a condo in Cambridge, with my daughter.)

I just heard that the space is going to be used as a Greek Social Club. That was from someone running a business in Hyde Square. I have no other info about it though.
