Dear Friend,
My name is Daniel Perez Lacera and I am the National Operations Manager for NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) - non-profit advocacy HUD certified community and home ownership organization. NACA’s community organizing and revolutionary mortgage product has set the national standard for effective neighborhood stabilization programs. I am also the Neighborhood Council At-Large for Jamaica Plain.
NACA is looking to bring our Save the Dream (of Homeownership) Tour to our hometown of Boston. I need your help and referrals so we can make this reality an opportunity for our neighbors and community.
The Save the Dream Tour brings distress homeowners together with NACA counselors and bank representatives to lower payments for thousands. All of NACA’s services are FREE.
This will be a three day event, the dates we are looking for are October 22, 23, 24 or October 28, 29, 30. Please provide me any referrals you might have so I can find the best location in Boston to hold the event at a reasonable price and any other contacts that might assist in the outreach and promotion of this Event.
I expect thousands of homeowners with an unaffordable mortgage to attend with thousands achieving same day solutions during the event. These NACA events have been incredibly successful and have become the only viable solution for large numbers of at-risk homeowners. Many homeowners have had their mortgage payments permanently reduced by over $500 a month and some by over $1,000 often with interest rates reduced to 3% or 2% and sometimes a principal reduction.
