Looking for housecleaner

Hi there, just looking for someone to clean common areas of 2 condo buildings a few times a year (mop, sweep, vacuum). We used to have a person who did this but she sadly moved. Needs to be reasonably priced, each building is a triple decker so it shouldn't take too too long. Thanks for any leads!

One idea I have is to post a notice on clipboard at City Feed or see if anyone advertises there that might be appropriate. That might reach folks online and offline. Another idea is to check ads in JP Gazette. Good luck!
