Hey there, I am looking for a roomate to move in July 1st. The place is beautiful with an amazing back yard, The rent is $800 each utilities not included and the landlord requires all new tenants pass a credit check. I am a 37 yr/old male artist with two cats. I live a quiet, clean lifestyle. Let me now if anyone is interested.
