The Institute for Policy Studies/Jamaica Plain Forum is subletting office space in Building L in the Brewery complex in Jamaica Plain, just steps from Ula Café, Mike’s Gym and Bella Luna restaurant. Our building is a 5 minute walk from the Stonybrook T Station on the MBTA Orange Line.

Three office spaces are available starting January 1, 2010, ranging in rent from $425 a month to $650 per month (suitable to two people). Rent includes heat, electricity, wireless internet access, use of photo copy and fax machines, postage meter, and telephone. Rental also includes cleaning services, alarm system, parking and use of shared conference room and storage space.

Institute for Policy Studies is a national research and policy advocacy organization that turns “Ideas into Action for Peace, Justice and the Environment.” Our New England office is based a the Brewery.

Kate, we met a few months ago while Scott Simper was in town.  I'm looking for space as well... haven't had much luck.  Let me know if you're interested in a larger shared space.  I left you a VM at your office number.
