- Also close to community gardens, park, tennis court, etc.
- On street parking in front or back with resident parking sticker

I am a single female, 30s, and I work full-time in Boston. I like to relax at home when I am there but I also enjoy having a few people over now and then. There is one cat already so unfortunately no more pets. I am pretty easy going and I have a good sense of humor. As far as roommate stuff goes, I like the common areas to be relatively neat and clean, and rent and bills to be paid on time. I have some furniture but I am open to new stuff or moving stuff around, etc.

THERE IS LOTS OF SPACE and it is a fantastic location.
