Hi Neighbors -
I'm looking for a roommate for 9/1 movein date in my Bynner St apartment.
I'm a straight SWM, 45 yo, who works in IT and (usually) has normal 9-5 hours. I am friendly, clean, responsible, and quiet. Looking for someone to commit through 12/31/10 or (ideally) 8/31/2011
The apartment (living room and avail room) is currently partially furnished so you can move furniture in as space allows. I'm open to living with an outside smoker.

> Location (Bynner St) is ideal for Longwood students/professionals
> AVAIL RM is @ 10 x 17 ft and unfurnished. There is space in livingroom for some furniture if you want to move it in.

> in house (basement) laundry with larger washers/dryers across street
> 1 blk from 39 bus to Longwood schools and Forest Hills T station
> 10-15 minute walk to pubs, restaurants, bank
> 25 minute walk to downtown Jamaica Plain
> Good neighbors/On street parking
> NO PETS unfortunately
> Outside smokers OK
