Hi all,
Those little scooters are back again in Franklin Park. I live near the park and could hear kids riding on them for hours on end. Besides the obnoxious noise, they're riding around people walking, little kids near the playground, and groups of families who set up in the park to have barbecues, birthday parties, etc. It's obnoxious, it's dangerous, and it's against the law.
I finally called the park rangers, main Boston police phone line (not 911), and Menino's constituent hotline, but none of those seemed to make a difference. Anybody have any suggestions?
