Hi Neighbors!

My condo association (8 units) is currently self-managed, but we are considering hiring a management company to help handle the day to day operations (e.g. fee collection, bill pay, regulation enforcement, vendor management, etc.).  Does anyone have a recommendation for a management company that operates in JP that they've been particularly happy with?  Thanks for your help!
