this cozy, country-feeling home on residential, dead-end street.

1 mile (15 min walk) from Roslindale Village (commuter rail), 2 miles
to Forest Hills, short walk to buses (#32, 34, 34E, 40) to the Orange
Line (10 minute trip), street parking.

Giant backyard, 2 glassed-in porches, 1.5 baths, back deck to enjoy
nature. Free storage & laundry in basement and workroom for
artist/bike mechanic. Bedrooms are all medium-sized, on 2nd floor with
multiple windows, decent closets, and rent is $600 per room plus 1/3
of utilities.

Ideally you are:

Queer or queer-friendly. Mature, good communicator, responsible with
bills/chores, friendly, & kind. Interested in creating intentional
community & having your own space. Able to commit to monthly house
meeting/dinner. Excited about co-hosting potlucks, art/music parties,
game nights, and/or spiritual or activist events.Share values around
spirituality, creativity, sustainability, and/or social justice. No
more furry pets please.

I'm 35, queer, yoga/dance devotee & teacher, meditator, public health
therapist with 2 delightful cats. I work hard and want a sanctuary to
restore myself, with fellow travelers and in peaceable solitude.
