Do stuff with and for your neighbors
Wanted: 1 or 2 Bed in JP for respectful, responsible tenants...
My partner and I are looking for an apartment. We have both lived in JP for almost 10 years each and love the area. We are pretty flexible on most requirements, (Beds - 1 or 2, etc) the only thing we are really stuck on is that the place should have laundry either in the unit or basement.
About us: We are both working professionals in very stable jobs, with good credit and good references and would prefer securing a longer term living situation. We do have a small (20lb) non-barking, well behaved, uber-friendly and vaccinated dog. She is house trained and we clean up after her immediately, none of this once a month stuff. She also comes with good references from both our landlord and our current condo neighbors.
We are looking to pay up to $1400 for the right place.
Any help or leads would be appreciated.

Oh one last thing I forgot... We are flexible in our move in date... we can do 6/1, 7/1, 8/1 or even 9/1.
