Part-time Real Estate Assistant sought for top-producing Real Estate Team in busy Jamaica Plain office.


Candidate should be exceptionally detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills -both verbal and written - and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Computer skills and administrative experience required, marketing experience is a real plus.

Excellent phone manner and Interpersonal Skills for handling interactions with all of the groups of people that participate in a real estate transaction.


Must have a high level of attention to detail for tracking transactions and all other facets of our business.

High computer/internet literacy for entering information, maintaining databases, creating spreadsheets and handling digital images.

Marketing, Presentation Skills desktop publishing and/or graphic design experience would be extremely helpful


College degree preferred.

Preferred Background/Profile
We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in administration and client services, and that can work in a fast paced environment.


The candidate should enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals.
