Noli LOVES beecher and we love having beecher right around the corner...problem is yesterday Noli jumped right out of Beecher (and seeing as how she can jump over everything I'm surprised it took her so long to jump out!).

We were thinking for everyone's safety and our own selfish desires....that maybe it might be nice to have a taller fence in front for the jumpers. We would be willing to provide and erect a taller fence.

Thoughts? I know its nice to have a non chain link fence on the street...and I think its nice to be able to see through to the street.

Also- does anyone know if this would require permission as far a building code?

 Understandable if people are happy the way it is, Noli can always enjoy the MSPCA park with its TALL fences, but if other people are in favor, we'd be happy to do this!
