Beecher Parkers:

Our clean up was a huge success - thanks to everyone who donated and everyone who helped out!

Here is what we accomplished together:

- Raked the wood chips back to the center of the park - Thanks Billy, Jill, Kate, Nikki, Stacy, Loay, Emily, and Kathy.
- Prepped Stained the fence - Thanks, Jill, Rachel, Jen, Kate, Steve, John, Mike, and Aaron.
- Cleaned the trash and recycle bins - Thanks Mo and Mike.
- Replaces and stained the removable fence - Thanks Chris and Aaron for the taking the lead on this.
- Assembled and stained our new pic-a-nic table - Thanks Stacy and Adam for the donation.
- Assembled the new gazebo - Thanks Josh, Corrina, Emily, and Adrea. Special thanks for Andrea for designed a wooden structure - and for being flexible when we scrapped those plans.
- Assembled the new tool bin (Thanks Rebecca and Corrina).
- and had a rockin bbq (Thanks Sean for Cooking, Chris for going on the second bevy run, and Jen for helping to shop).

As a group we discussed and agreed on the following:

- Park guidelines which Jen will post this week along with a taking out the trash guideline.

- Each month there will be two Trash Czars who will take out the trash, then post a discussion to this group at the beginning of the third week of each month to recruit to new Trash Czars. Aaron and John are taking June - thanks fellas!

- Kelly and Rachel are working on a fundraising project and will be making and selling super cool (literally) Beecher Park beverage Cozis. Stay tuned for that.

- We also agreed that we will do two clean ups each year - one in the spring and one in the fall.

Finally, here is breakdown of our finances:

- We raised $874.25 after fees ($915 was the total).
- We spent $(823.97)
- We had $325.83 left over from last year.
- Our total cash on hand after the clean up is $376.11
