Our Boston Shines Spring Clean Up & BBQ: Saturday April 24 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please chip in a couple bucks right now via the secure Pay Pal link on the groups main page. Your donation is tax deductible and covers clean up and bbq costs.
Must do projects:
- Re-cement the base removable fence.
- Straighten out the canopy posts
- Stain the fence
- Pick up poop
- Remove debris
We need volunteers to take the lead on each of these project. Please reply to take the lead.

Hi! I just placed a small donation but wanted to let you also know that my husband and I would love to stop by at some point during the clean-up day (he could be there from the beginning and I would come in a bit later after an activity with my mentee which ends around 4pm). Anyway, his name is Christian and he would be willing to help with any of the tasks as would I. Our dog Lupe (2 year old boxer girl) just went to the park for the first time yesterday and met some lovely doggies whom she had tons of fun with (Olive and I believe Finley). So we're looking forward to spending some quality time at Beecher Park and are happy to help! Let us know if you'd need us to bring any specific tools or supplies =).
