Neighbors for Neighbors

Do stuff with and for your neighbors

I've heard - but have not confirmed there that been some additional assaults in the park. I'd laid out a plan in the previous discussion but did not hear back from folks.

Is anyone still interested in organizing around this?

Hey Amy!

Pat is a member of this group - and I am a big fan of hers too!

We can get whistles from BPD - I am working on that.
Hey Amy - good point.

Let me give this some thought. - I'm going to touch base with Sgt. Krause to see what he recommends. I do believe this will need to be resolved before we get dog owners full support.
I'm interested in participating in the walks but can't make it on 6/15 (or any Monday for the next 2 months), but I will go on any walks that I can make. I agree that it should be a regular occurrence, though I'm still torn on the same day-same time concept. I think once the schedule is known, anyone who might cause trouble just avoids the area when they know we're coming through. Staggering days and times also allows people who can't make it at one time to otherwise participate.

I will pass this information on to the Brookside neighborhood group as well. For a while we had been doing walks in that area, and the turnout was pretty good.
