Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that tonight there was a robbery on the corner of St. Peter and Boylston St. At around 7:40pm a woman was walking up the left hand side of Boylston towards Centre St when a black male in a dark jacket, jeans and a black hat ripped the iPhone she was talking on out of her hand, taking a chunk of her hair with it. I was walking down St. Peter St and heard her scream and when I turned around I saw him run directly in front of me down St. Peter towards Paul Gore St. He appeared to be alone.

We called the police and when they arrived they took down her information and rode around the neighborhood a bit to see if we could see anyone who matched that description. I didn't catch his height or age, but someone else who saw him run by described him as younger (maybe late teens, early 20's) and about 6ft tall.

Thanks to those neighbors who came out and waited with us and offered additional information.
