Last night around 7 pm, Kate noticed a white female, she never seen before in her 20's, with a few extra pounds, wearing baggy shorts, a hooded sweat shirt, and a red sox sitting on our neighbors step as she went for a walk.

When Kate returned home, she looked outside from our window, and noticed the same person, peering into our side window. She called 911.

While this person was not found. She did the right thing.

She was obviously scooping out our place.

Crime is opportunistic and the more you make it harder for criminals to be anonymous the more we can deter crime.
