I don't know of any myself, except when people leave their wireless router's open for neighbors to use. One person named Ben near the Brewery has a few Meraki Mini routers that he leaves on for anyone to connect to, in hopes of making a little mesh network there.

I would like to know about anything that's being done, and help to unite and strengthen it. Seems like a matter of time until there is a critical mass.
