As we move from neighborhoods to citywide network, I need an ambitious volunteer who loves managing others to direct and manage a community leaders program. We have proven model we will be adopting from another online model, so the ground work has been laid and proven. We we lack is capacity to execute, and this is where you will come in. 

Community Leaders will serve a neighborhood liaison in the respective neighborhoods they live in by posting neighborhood related content in their neighborhoods forum and attending and representing NFN at partner events in their neighborhood.

The Director of Community Leaders will have experience building and motivating teams and have passion for our city and service to their neighbors. 

This is volunteer leadership position within the organization.
