Nia is a meditative dance that is practiced in bare feet. It fuses elements of modern dance, jazz, and Duncan with the martial arts, yoga and the healing arts. There are no technical skills or dance background required.Nia classes are a celebration of the joy of movement and they are _so_ much fun!
