safe from snow

Its a couple of days after a lite snow storm, the kids are not in school and some of our sidewalks are not in good shape. some of our developments with on-site parking seam to be Able to clear every square-foot of driveway and ignore us working people who treak out front on foot to the busses or trains. I don't want to bring the wrath of the authorities but I do want to encourage people to facilitate being less car oriented.
