Root beer brewing
Any brewers out there interested in root beer? It's root digging time and there's plenty of sarsaparilla et al. in the Blue Hills and round-about. Medicinal, tasty, nifty.

Pam - I'm interested if it isn't too late...I've tried to make root beer once and it was an utter disaster. I purchased a vial of root beer concentrate from my homebrew store and the result was not tasty at all. I'd enjoy trying again. Perhaps if you've had better success, I could learn some tips?
