Dear Neighbors, 

I live on Orchard street in JP and learned from a neighbor tonight that the DCR plans for the "Arborway bike plan" to redesign arborway traffic include some concerning changes that greatly affect our neighborhood.

These include:

1. Orchard street will have 2 way traffic
2. Prince street will have 2 way traffic
3. ALL Moss hill traffic wil be funneled into Parkman drive via left to Prince Street U-turn
4. Arborway traffic reduced from 4 lanes to 2 lanes
5. Traffic lights at Prince, Pond & Centre removed

In particular I am concerned about #1 & 2 as I can't imagine this is possible without taking away the on-street parking we rely on, as well as increased traffic and speeding on our small neighborhood street.
