Good Day JP(hopefully my new neighbors)!

I'm currently looking to move into a Studio/Sm. 1BR for June 1st. Pref near Forest Hills or Green St T stops, heat/hot water & elec. incl(under $1100). I'm a little unfamiliar with the area, but I like what I see and what I've heard from my friends in the area so far. I have no children or pets, so it would be a 1 person occupancy. My full-time work is at Mass. General and part-time work in Readville. Hence why JP is so convenient.
