We, two responsible adults and one well-trained, medium-sized lab mix (50 lbs), are looking for a new place. Our dream list:

* 2 BR w/living room, dining room, porch/yard

* Laundry in unit, or at least in the building (or a laundry hookup in the apt is ok, too)

* Outdoor space (at least a porch - but a yard would be nice)

* Near Hyde Square/Jamaica Pond/between Hyde Sq and JP Center - we are off Perkins now, and would love to stay in the area.

* $1600-$1700 max

* in a multifamily but not an apartment building
